We had an AMAZING turnout for Carrollton Pride 2023 with over 70 vendors and 1500 attendees! This year, we anticipate great growth as we are on campus at the University of West Georgia. NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS: If you are a registered 501(c) organization, It is FREE to participate in Carrollton Pride! However, if you plan to sell products or provide paid-for services, there will be a $50 Registration Fee. This fee is to satisfy the university Advertising, Sales, and Solicitation Policy that ensures compliance with Board of Regents policy regarding business activities.

UWG STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS: It is FREE to participate in Carrollton Pride! Please fill out the registration form and refer to the UWG Registered Student Organization Handbook for additional policies.

FOOD TRUCK VENDORS: It is FREE to participate in Carrollton Pride, but you MUST email a copy of your Certificate of Insurance, & Food & Beverage Permit to Joey Moncayo, Executive Director of Food and Beverage Services at the University of West Georgia to amoncayo@westga.edu., Once approved you will be eligible to vend on campus for the UWG fiscal year.

OTHER FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS: It is FREE to participate in Carrollton Pride, but you MUST email a copy of your Food Service Permit, & documentation that you are a licensed food operator in the state of Georgia to Joey Moncayo, Executive Director of Food and Beverage Services at the University of West Georgia to amoncayo@westga.edu.

Set up a schedule and provided equipment. This year, UWG will set up our area for us regarding chairs and tables. All vendors will be allowed to set up their tables beginning at 8:00 am on Saturday, September 28th. The doors open at 11 am and close at 4 pm. One table and two chairs will be provided per registered vendor. If you need power or have special needs regarding your booth, please be sure to notify us upon registration so we can discuss options.

We're bring back THE LOUD & PROUD BOOTH AWARD! Dress your table in your favorite PRIDE themed decorations – The winner will receive an award certificate celebrating your booth, a shout out and picture on our social media!
